I needed the Ethics course that the CFP Board requires as a 2 credit CE. When the certificate showed the wrong date, I thought, what do I do now. I appreciate the personal touches provided by MyCPE. They have a great database of classes we can take for credit.

Monika was very pleasant, she quickly resolved my issue. She also offered some guidance to complete my eBook class.A very good customer service experience. I like MyCPE becomes for a low cost you can get live webinars, e-books, self-study of prior video webinars. I like the rich content they provide in various areas. Their customer service is super responsive; they have been able to quickly address problems I had with missed polls and were easily corrected. Anna was the representative that helped me on the chat and was so patient and answered all of my questions.
